Edwin and his crew who removed and replaced the roof was amazing. Very hard working crew and attention to detail shows in the work. They cleaned up everyday before leaving and took extra time to pick up the nails before blowing everything off.

I prefer doing business with a small local companies such as Three Tree Roofing.

They were great from the first meeting with Danny (sales) to the last day when we did the walk-through. Noe and his crew worked extremely hard between rainy days. Neil, the owner, was always available to address my questions and concerns.

The process took longer than expected, but I really like the final results. Roof looks great.

It’s great to have peace of mind with the warranty of 25 years of workmanship and 50 years manufacturer warranty on Certainteed presidential shingles. You cannot go wrong with a local family owned business. They take pride in their work.

All communication I had with Three Tree Roofing was prompt, clear and courteous. The crew that worked on our roof were hard-working, friendly, and respectful. They showed up on-time and worked hard all day. They seemed to enjoy working with one another, and always had a smile and a wave for me. They were careful about staging their materials in a way that did not harm my garden plants and left the yard clean when they were done. I won't be getting another roof, so I can't say I would be happy to use them again for that job, but if I ever need other work done, I'll contact them in a minute, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, reliable roofing company.

I am very happy with the new metal roof Three Tree roofing installed on my home. Over the years, I've had many companies come provide bids to replace my roof but I felt like my interaction with Three Tree Roofing was just a bit different than the others. That, in combination with what I felt was a very reasonably priced estimate led me to choose them to replace my roof. My interactions with everyone from their company felt top notch (Danny - Sales, Matt - Project Manager, and Godo and his installation team). I would have no hesitation recommending Three Tree Roofing to my family or friends.

We love our new roof and gutters! After getting 4 estimates, we are happy we chose Three Tree Roofing. The roof with almost invisible ridge vents and the matching gutters look great - so much better than a friend’s tried and true old-style new roof! It was an excellent process from start to finish.

Sonia was professional and provided a thorough estimate. She was the only estimator of 4 who checked our attic and found that we needed to replace some plywood and add eave vents. She wrote the estimate from her mobile office van outside my house. Rather than waiting a few days, she brought it to me right away, personally going through it together while showing me the system and products they use. I had confidence in the accuracy because of her thorough inspection and measurements. Their products and systems are inovative, higher quality, much longer lasting with longer warranty than what the other companies offered – not the tried and true old ways. I was fascinated that they cut a small strip in the plywood and put a venting product all across the ridge. But check that out for yourself, as I do not guarantee my technical accuracy. 😉

Victor led the 4-man crew to complete the tear-off and new roof in 3 days. They were polite and respectful, with no loud music, yelling, or swearing (unlike a friend’s recent roofing crew). They kept my yard clean every day, hand stacked and carried the old shingles to the dumpster, carefully looked for any fallen waste, blew and disposed of all the debris. They even saw the need, offered, and put a roof on my small uncovered patio.

Our new gutters with guards were replaced a few days later. Patrick gently helped me to see that black gutters would look much better with my black roof and black fascia boards than the white I initially chose, and they were absolutely right! I’m so pleased with the finished look! The crew came up with creative and effective solutions for my quirky old house. They explained the process as I watched them make the gutters on-site. They returned the next day to swap out black for the temporary white downspouts.

Three Tree Roofing was not the cheapest of my 4 estimates, but we were not looking for cheap. Their professionalism, accuracy, timely communication, quality of products, and excellent workmanship exceeded our expectations. Also, while the roof was in progress, I learned a former colleague is closely related to the co-owner! I love having a personal connection as it gives me even more confidence in my choice.
