THREE TREE ROOFING PROJECT PORTFOLIO
Commercial Flat Roofing Featured Projects
This commercial roofing project required a combination of composition low-slope shingles, and TPO membrane. The old roof was leaking and caused wood damage to the walls. During tear off our carpenters repaired all of the damaged wood. Having journeyman carpenters on staff is a huge benefit and keeps our jobs on schedule.
Recently, we worked on a project with Federal Way City Hall - installing new skylights and wood-repair. This TPO membrane roof took 3.5 weeks to complete due in part to the careful workmanship of our employees who never left the building during construction. If you're looking for an experienced team that will take care of your repairs or installation needs, contact us today!
The homeowners were able to save money by recycling the old tar and gravel roofing material. The new sheeting and fascia board are durable materials that won't need replacing anytime soon, which saves them another expense down the line. They had a custom ridge vent installed in order for their attic space to remain cool during summer months; this is especially useful because they have tenants living on top of each level!
This beautiful old Seattle building now has a new roof that will last. We removed the multiple roofs from before and repaired any necessary damage on the structure--and what we didn't like, such as paint chipping or shingles curled up at edges, then replaced those materials with an awesome Weatherbond .60mil Gray TPO Roof over flat surfaces for durability and Nu-Ray NRM-5000 standing seam metal in Matte Black to make it all look really cool!
Three Tree Roofing was awarded a contract to re-roof the Historic Chelsea Apartments. This complex project involved limited access, multiple existing layers of roofing material and custom stucco work on top!
Removed multiple layers of built up roofing on a 12,000 sq ft roof on apartment home in Burien, Washington. Repaired the damaged plywood, framing, and fascia. Installed new heat-weldable WeatherBond Gray .60 Mil TPO single-ply roofing, added venting, and custom edge flashings. The project timeline was 2-3 weeks.
