Residential Flat Roofing Featured Projects
Removed leaking torch down and skylights. Installed new .60 mil TPO gray membrane and all-new skylights. We install low e, argon filled double paned skylights, these are great for keeping the heat out during summer and keeping your heat in during the winter. This house had newer stucco siding, we did not damage any siding during install. This new material will keep the house much cooler during the summer. Please contact us with any questions.
The Fremont Castle is a low slope roof replacement in Seattle, Washington. We removed the old torch down material and replaced it with new PVC insulation that will keep you dry from any leaks or rain! If you need your walkway repaired before winter sets in, we can fix up those shingles for an even better view of our beautiful cityscape.
Three Tree Roofing was awarded a contract to re-roof the Historic Chelsea Apartments. This complex project involved limited access, multiple existing layers of roofing material and custom stucco work on top!
Composition shingle replacement in the Fauntleroy neighborhood in Seattle. We removed the old torch down roof and shingles. We then installed new TPO membrane and CertainTeed Landmark PRO shingles in Resawn Shake color. The house has a very nice custom skylight and metal turret. Project time frame was 4 days.
Low slope roof replacement in Seattle. This is a custom home with an unusual roof plan. We can see the versatility of WeatherBond TPO here. We removed the old torchdown roofing, repaired plywood as necessary and installed new TPO over this custom roof. We also upgraded the roof drainage by enlarging the new scuppers and downspouts from 2” to 3” and installed new custom Aluminum downspouts. Project time frame was 3-5 days.
