We're wrapping up a roofing job near our Three Tree Roofing office in Sammamish. We installed a CertainTeed Landmark Pro roof in Cinder Black, which turned out fantastic. During the tear-off process, we discovered some plywood that needed repairs.

After addressing those repairs, we installed our underlayments and completed the roof installation. We also replaced both skylights and the furnace vent. During our inspection of the furnace vent, we noticed some rust spots caused by condensation. We removed the old vent, installed a new one, and painted it to match the roof. The final result is excellent.
