It's a great feeling to complete a roofing project that looks fantastic. Three Tree Roofing recently finished installing a beautiful Nu-Ray NRM 1000, 26-gauge metal roof in Bellevue, Washington featuring 16-inch-wide striated panels in Cascade Gray.

The Nu-Ray panels selected for this installation not only protects the home but also enhances its beauty. The architectural metal roofing system perfectly blends style, functionality, and durability, utilizing a hidden clip fastener system that eliminates the need for exposed screws on the roof.

Additionally, this roof has built-in gutters, and at the base, we installed a 60 or 80 mil PVC membrane to function as the gutters. We also added stainless steel scuppers and new downspouts—ensuring efficient drainage. Our Three Tree Roofing team replaced all the fascia boards around the perimeter of the roof, providing nice new wood for attaching the gutters. The roof turned out amazing, and we're super excited about this project!
