After we removed the old torch-down roofing, we repaired and replaced the plywood and fascia as necessary and installed new WeatherBond .60mil TPO roofing. New custom ridge venting was installed over all vaulted ceiling areas. The Lake Sammamish Project time frame was 2-4 days.
