Beautiful Lake Washington Metal Roof in Bellevue

What a beautiful new roof! We tore off the old torch down roofing. The old material was then recycled and used to pave roads. This roof has a shared roof deck, so the inside lumber is the same lumber to which we installed the new roof. First, we installed a high temp ice and water shield, new insulation, new fascia board, and plywood. Then, we installed a very nice 24 gauge metal roof, new 5k aluminum gutters, and downspouts, added a new low-energy, argon-filled double pane skylight, and wrapped the chimney in matching metal. The project time frame was seven business days.
