The roof has a lower slope, which allows us to use tapered Malarkey shingles designed for this lower pitch roof, which means the house can still have an attractive shingled roof.

Often, a house with this pitch would require a TPO or metal roof. However, we have options that allow us to install shingles on this lower slope. We have also retained the existing gutter system, which features a leaf guard. During the roofing process, we protect the leaf guard system from any damage.

For all our new roofs, we offer a maintenance package. This includes certified roofers inspecting the roof, treatment for algae, and cleaning away any debris. If there are skylights, we also clean them. This maintenance service is available from November through February, when we experience significant rain and windy conditions that can create debris.
