It's a beautiful area out here in Ravensdale. Three Tree Roofing installed a CertainTeed Landmark TL Composite Shingle Roof in Moiré Black, one of our favorite colors. The black and grey mix gives you many choices with paint colors for your house. The roof looks good and performs well for a very long time. This roof looks as beautiful and bright as you see in these pictures because CertainTeed uses a granulated ceramic coating to apply to the shingles, adding UV protection to prevent fading.

We removed the old roofing and replaced a couple of sheets of plywood. We also made a complete roof deck inspection as we always do with every roof we install. This Certainteed roof includes a fully transferable 50-year Material Warranty and a 25-year Workmanship Warranty. The Warranty is back by the manufacturer. If we retire and move to Hawaii, you still have a manufacturer backed Workmanship Warranty.
