Cedar Conversion to Asphalt in Sammamish

This was a Cedar shake tear off. New ½” CDX plywood and CertainTeed Presidential TL composition shingles were installed. New energy efficient skylights were also added. The customer had newer gutters and screens so we made sure these weren’t damaged during the roof installation. CertainTeed Presidential TL shingles is about as close to looking like wood as possible. This roof turned out amazing. CertainTeed Presidential TL roof is Class A rated for fire resistance, the industry’s highest fire resistance rating. The roof color is Shadow Gray. It looks fantastic!
