Our Three Tree Roofing team is wrapping up a project here in Burien. On this beautiful waterfront home we installed an elegant DaVinci synthetic Select Multi-Width Cedar Shake Roof in the color Black Oak.

The white gutter we installed with this roof is a 6K Alu-Rex gutter system. The larger gutter adds a nice trim line from the house to the roof. These larger gutters handle water flow efficiently, making them an excellent gutter choice for our area. The original roof here was a cedar shake wood roof, so we wanted to maintain that same appearance, with a woodsy Pacific Northwest look, especially since the house is on the water. The new DaVinci roof complements the house perfectly.

We didn't want to go with wood again, so we opted for a synthetic material which is 100% recyclable. This means when the roof reaches the end of its lifespan and is ready for a new roof down the road, the DaVinci roof can be recycled. Another neat thing about these synthetic roofs is that, as we think into the future, whenever we install synthetics, we always use stainless steel fasteners. All of the pieces and components we use are approved by the manufacturer, ensuring that the warranty remains in effect. This roof has a 50-Year DaVinci Roofscapes Material Warranty and a 20-Year Three Tree Roofing Workmanship Warranty. The newly installed DaVinci roof system looks fantastic.
