Video Description
Three Tree Roofing recently completed a beautiful Nu-Ray metal roof conversion project in Bellevue, Washington, replacing the original torch-down roof. We chose customized panels for this installation to ensure a clean, sleek appearance and durability against diverse weather conditions. The selected Nu-Ray NRM-2000 panels are 16-inch wide striated panels in charcoal gray. This architectural metal roofing system provides style, functionality and longevity.
Practical considerations were essential during the project. The existing gutter system on the house had a big trough with a large fascia board in front. We removed and installed a new lower fascia board to maintain the overall look and function of the roof and added new easy to maintain aluminum gutters. Three Tree Roofing's completion of this Nu-Ray metal roof conversion project in Bellevue, Washington, resulted in a beautiful transformation, integrating durable materials, modern design elements, and functionality.

Three Tree Roofing used Nu-Ray Metal Products for this metal roof. This roof is a NRM-2000 with 16-inch wide striated panels in charcoal gray. It turned out fantastic. We also converted the gutter system. The existing gutter system on the house had a big trough. You've seen those before with a large fascia board in front.
Our conversion during the roof replacement was to remove the old fascia board and install a lower fascia board, remove the original gutters, and hang traditional aluminum gutters. These new gutters are beautiful and easy to maintain. It also ties the roof and house together.
