The roof on this home had been on for about 20 to 30 years and did a good job but was close to exceeding its lifetime. Now it was time for a new roof. We tore off the old composition shingle roof. The granules were starting to come off, and some shingles were curling. We knew the house was ready for a new roof. After removing the old roof, we recycled it. Then it was processed into asphalt for use on roadways. Once we had everything torn off, we inspected the roof deck, installed perimeter edge metals, and installed the shingles.

Three Tree Roofing installed a CertainTeed Landmark TL, triple laminate shingle, in Moire Black, a beautiful color choice. It's a dark black, light black, and gray mix. When installed, the CertainTeed Landmark TL shingles increase the roof's definition. The roof looks thick and has perfect architectural dimension. If you choose a shingle of just one color, the roof tends to disappear and looks very flat. This roofing choice complements the color of the house and looks wonderful. Three Tree Roofing is certified through CertainTeed. You receive a five-star warranty on your roof that includes materials coverage for 50 years and a labor warranty for 25 years. So if we retire and move to Hawaii, you still have the workmanship warranty coverage and all the material needed to fix the roof. The warranty is fully transferable too.
