Roofing Project: Bellevue Metal Roof

Removed an old tar and gravel roof and installed a Nu-Ray Metal roof with Brown PVC trough gutters. The customer is very happy with the look of this NRM-2000 series panel, 16” pencil ribbed, Weathered Copper. Keeping the larger facia board trough gutters kept the house looking clean.

Roofing Project: Residential Composite Shingles Roof in Newcastle, Washington

This gorgeous new roof in Newcastle, Washington involved the installation of a 60-mil gray TPO waterproof gutter system replacing the leaking torch-down gutter system, new downspouts, and the installation of a new composite asphalt shingles roof using CertainTeed Northgate Burnt Sienna shingles. As a finishing touch, the vent pipes were painted to match the color of the new roof.
