The Mercer Island roof project utilized composite asphalt shingles by Malarkey, specifically Vista® AR & NEX® Rubberized Asphalt in Weathered Wood color. During the installation, the team addressed wood damage from the previous roof, replacing the skylights and incorporating new metal flashing. We completed another roof project on Mercer Island. This roof turned out really great.
