Roofing Project: Residential Composite Shingles Roof in Newcastle, Washington

This gorgeous new roof in Newcastle, Washington involved the installation of a 60-mil gray TPO waterproof gutter system replacing the leaking torch-down gutter system, new downspouts, and the installation of a new composite asphalt shingles roof using CertainTeed Northgate Burnt Sienna shingles. As a finishing touch, the vent pipes were painted to match the color of the new roof.

Three Tree Roofing installed composite asphalt shingles on a new roof in Ravensdale, Washington using CertainTeed Landmark TL Composite Shingle Roof in Moiré Black. The roof is protected from fading by a granulated ceramic coating and comes with a fully transferable 50-year Material Warranty and a 25-year Workmanship Warranty from the CertainTeed (one of the largest shingle providers in the USA).
