Over the years, Three Tree Roofing has celebrated a lot of milestones alongside our manufacturer partners and our awesome Puget Sound community. This one feels different. CertainTeed has named us a Triple Crown Champion, and there is nothing quite like it.
The Triple Crown isn't handed out for one great year or one standout number. To earn it, a contractor has to clear several of CertainTeed's toughest benchmarks at once. Here's what it took.
Four Benchmarks, One Title
1. More than 8 years as a CertainTeed certified installer. Certification isn't a one-time badge. You keep earning it. We've held ours for more than eight years, backed by ongoing training and a consistent record on every CertainTeed roof we install.
2. #1 in Washington for SureStart Plus warranty sales. No roofer in the state registered more SureStart Plus warranties than we did. Each one stands for a homeowner whose new roof is protected by CertainTeed's enhanced coverage, from the shingles to the labor to install them.
3. National recognition for SureStart Plus warranty sales. Those same warranty numbers placed us among the top CertainTeed contractors in the country. Not bad for a family-owned roofing company from the Seattle area.
4. Diamond certification through CertainTeed's TrackRecord survey. This benchmark comes straight from our customers. CertainTeed surveys homeowners after their projects are complete, and Diamond status requires an overall rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars or higher. We don't choose who gets surveyed. We just do the work and let our customers speak for it.
Earned by Our Customers and Our Crews
None of these benchmarks happen on their own. Every warranty registration, customer survey returned and good old fashion hard work, traces back to our customers and crews.
First, our customers. Thank you for trusting us with your homes, for sending your friends and neighbors our way, and for taking the time to tell CertainTeed how we did. Your trust is the foundation this award was built on.
Second, our crews. Rain or shine (and around here, it's usually rain), they show up ready to work and take pride in the details most people will never see. Their continued dedication is the reason a Three Tree roof looks and performs the way it does. This award belongs to them just as much as anyone.
What the Triple Crown Means for Homeowners
Awards are fun to celebrate. But what does this one actually mean if you're planning a new roof?
It means you're working with a contractor that CertainTeed has measured from every angle. Proven, long-term certification. Industry-leading warranty protection on the roofs we install. And customer satisfaction scored by the people who matter most: the homeowners themselves.
The Triple Crown is one of many honors our team has earned. See all of our roofing awards, including five consecutive years as CertainTeed's #1 Roofer in Washington.
CertainTeed SureStart Plus
CertainTeed's SureStart Plus awards recognize contractors for protecting their customers with SureStart Plus coverage. CertainTeed offers extensive coverage on all CertainTeed roofing products as they are crafted with quality materials, advanced manufacturing methods and a standard of excellence.
