New Composite Roof in Renton, Washington

Three Tree wrapped up this Renton job for the customer. The roof was an older composite roof, so we set up our container down below. We tore off the old roof, replaced about 6 pieces of plywood, installed underlayment, valley metal, gutter metal, and drip edge metal, and installed CertainTeed Landmark Resawn Shake. This great, woody color gives the Pacific Northwest cedar-shake look the customer wanted. We also replaced the skylight during the roof installation, so everything is covered under one warranty.

After we completed the roof, we informed the customer about our maintenance package. This option includes a roof inspection and cleaning, as well as cleaning the skylights, if applicable. We will also remove all debris and clean out the gutters. After our inspection, we provide a checklist outlining the work performed. Alternatively, we can schedule a meeting with our certified roofer to discuss the inspection before the scheduled maintenance. He will let you know if any adjustments, repairs, or cleaning are needed.

Three Tree Roofing is a CertainTeed Certified Installer. This certification ensures that every CertainTeed roof we install comes with the CertainTeed Landmark Warranty, offering industry-leading protection for the customer's investment. The CertainTeed Landmark Warranty includes a 50-Year Material Warranty and a 30-Year Workmanship Warranty, so the roof is covered for both materials and labor. Even if we retire and move to Hawaii, the customer's roof remains fully protected. CertainTeed stands behind its materials and will handle any warranty repairs, giving long-term peace of mind. This comprehensive warranty package is also transferable to the next homeowner, adding significant resale value to the property.
