I accessed the attic and verified that additional ventilation was necessary for the roof system to meet the manufacturer's warranty and applicable city code requirements. Once the roofing installation was complete, we performed a thorough cleanup of the property. We removed roofing debris and carefully checked the work area to make sure the property was left orderly and pristine.
