Two-Level Composite Roof in Shoreline, Washington

We just wrapped up this two-level roof replacement in Shoreline, and it's a great-looking design with an upper and a lower roof. We installed both roofs in CertainTeed Presidential Shadow Gray. The result is stylish, complements the paint, and adds some texture. When a home has multiple roof angles like this, it's a good idea to choose a roof color that differs from the paint color. That creates clear dividing lines, adds visual interest, and looks excellent. When we removed the old roof, we found some plywood that needed replacing and made those repairs.

We took care of the wood, inspected it, and made sure it was in good shape; installed the underlayments and perimeter edge metals; and then installed the CertainTeed roof. With the CertainTeed roof, you have a 50-year material warranty and a 30-year labor warranty—the best warranty in the industry.

Three Tree Roofing is a CertainTeed Certified Installer. This certification ensures that every CertainTeed roof we install comes with the CertainTeed Warranty, offering industry-leading protection for your investment. The CertainTeed Warranty includes a 50-Year Material Warranty and a 30-Year Workmanship Warranty, ensuring that our installation meets the highest standards of quality and durability. Your roof remains fully protected even if we retire and move to Hawaii. CertainTeed stands behind its materials and will step in to handle any warranty repairs, giving you long-term peace of mind. This comprehensive warranty package is also transferable to the next homeowner, adding significant resale value to the property.
