Roofing Project: Lake Washington Metal Roof in Bellevue

What a beautiful roof! We tore off the old torch down roof. The old material was then recycled and used to pave roads. This roof has a shared roof deck, so the inside lumber is the same lumber to which we installed the new roof. We installed a high temp ice and water shield, new insulation, new fascia board, plywood, and the new metal roof and gutters.

Roofing Project: Residential Composite Shingles Roof in Newcastle, Washington

This gorgeous new roof in Newcastle, Washington involved the installation of a 60-mil gray TPO waterproof gutter system replacing the leaking torch-down gutter system, new downspouts, and the installation of a new composite asphalt shingles roof using CertainTeed Northgate Burnt Sienna shingles. As a finishing touch, the vent pipes were painted to match the color of the new roof.
