In Issaquah, Washington, a beautiful house underwent a roof replacement by Three Tree Roofing due to issues with a leaking concrete tile roof. Upon the customer's contact, we conducted a prompt assessment, leading to their decision to choose Three Tree Roofing for their roof replacement. To address immediate concerns, the roofing crew made necessary repairs while coordinating the production and installation of the metal roof, which took approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
The selected roofing panels, customized for the house, were explicitly cut to ensure a clean installation. The Nu-Ray NRM-1000, an architectural metal roofing system from Nu-Ray Metal Products, was selected for its quality. The use of classic 16-inch pencil rib panels added architectural definition to the roof design, with a matte black color providing versatility for potential future homeowners to paint the house in a color of their choice.

I like metal roofs. We have a beautiful project here in Issaquah. The roof needed some help when we got a phone call from the owner. The house had a concrete tile roof, which was pretty cool but leaking. And that's not cool. When the customer contacted us, we went out, looked at everything, and gave him an estimate. They decided they'd love to use Three Tree Roofing.
To address immediate concerns, the roofing crew made necessary repairs while coordinating the production and installation of the metal roof, which took approximately 3 to 4 weeks with metal and sometimes a little longer to orchestrate the production and installation of the roof.
The panels we chose to install are customized to the house. Each panel is cut specifically from the factory, making it a clean, precise roof installation. We installed the Nu-Ray NRM-1000, an architectural metal roofing system from Nu-Ray Metal Products. In this project, we used the classic 16-inch pencil rib panels in matte black to add architectural definition to the roof design.
The matte black roof is a neutral color, giving some options for selling your home. It allows a new homeowner to paint the house any color they choose. If the new homeowner would like to paint the house yellow, the roof will still look great with the house. We also installed some new skylights and nice big gutters, all matching the roof color, creating a visual extension of the roof line.
